Membership fees once paid are non-refundable after activation and access to dashboard services are granted.
Financial assistance requests are subject to verification. Rejection or partial approval does not qualify for membership fee refunds.
If charged multiple times for the same transaction, CareerGuard will review and process duplicate payment refunds upon verification.
